Cancellation Policy

Due to the customized nature of our products (cakes, chocolates, and flowers), the following cancellation policy applies:

•  Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund.
•  Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for a refund, as preparation and production may have already begun.
•  For customized or personalized orders, cancellations may not be accepted once the design confirmation has been completed and production has started.
•  All cancellation requests must be made by calling us from the same phone number used to place the order at:

•  Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original mode of payment used during the purchase.
•  Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be completed, depending on the payment provider or issuing bank.

We reserve the right to review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances.
